How to dub on a digital mixer?

Hey guys!
I want to dub on a digital mixer (like M32 or X32 series, but i dont really know the technique on the faders since there are no aux send pots (i know there are faders)....could anyone describe the technique?
I do get inspired by Jupitah_dub_station as he dubs on a M32R, just dont get how hes working the sends.
